There isn't a one size fits all answer to this. It depends on the type of scheme you like to run and what you have your RB doing. If you don't run a lot you probably don't want Walker or Chubb. If you play singleback wing or something like that you might like Walker or Chubb.
Personally I pass a lot, and honestly I like Okoye for how well he handles a variety of tasks I could have him do, and Faulk for pure receiving. And being on a budget, with RB not being a big priority for me. If coins were no object I'd go Kamara but meh.

I’ve been using Rodriguez to and I run the ball like crazy . He’s been great , especially because i run Commanders TT and he’s got 90 speed . Only drawback is he can’t catch unless you are using gift wrap , so looking for an upgrade now as well

I started using Joe mixon. Seems really good so far. His catch, juke and spin move go crazy. For a budget baller I’d still say achane.
