Worth it??

Since I have 99ovr is there a point to keeping it I have a legends tt and with amount of cheats I'm using I am below the 40 and I need the speed for tony g.

I would just get the best players you can at this point. You said yourself you're not getting the boosts you need. No point in running a theme theme team if you don't get the good boosts from it.
