The fact that Ward and Howley specifically require 'Super Bowl Past' players, I'm gonna assume (I know, I know) that you will need Super Bowl Present players for CMC and Reid.

I am with you on that one... Tokens and upgrades do appear to be Theme (past/present) specific. I am not used to EA doing something rational...

At least you can get him to a 93 for free if you don’t wanna spend. It’s not like they locked him in at 87 unless you spend 500k. I agree it’s stupid to have to put a 95 in to get a bnd 95 but at least they’re really good cards if you do

It's so ridiculous that this is a thing. It essentially makes the "free" card something you gotta pay like 500k for.

Well not exacty... it makes it so you need to spend 500k to get a free 95 card. You are welcome to keep it at 93 for free... Honestly that is fairly generous given that the free card also has +2 SB chems on it and its a 93. For me its a 4th LB with +2 SB chems on it. You would need to spend 500+ to get +2 chems otherwise. All in the perspective...

I guess but how useful is a 93 when 95 and 96 cards are rolling out
