Player #1: 93 OVR QB Harvest Robert Griffin iii
X-Factor: Gambit
Description: The best quarterbacks learn to take calculated risks. When they enter the zone, they can't be intercepted (by AI defenders) and have increased throw speed.
Huddle.GG's thoughts: Once you activate Gambit, you can't be intercepted by AI defenders. This is great for shorter passes where a user won't be able to click on in time, and for situations like tip balls where the CPU is likely to make the interception. Also, we're convinced EA renamed Gambler to Gambit because of Calvin Ridley.
Ability 1: Set Feet Lead (2 AP)
Description: Passers with this ability have increased throw power on bullet precision passes made while their feet are set (except on high/low throws).
Huddle.GG's thoughts: The increased ball velocity from Set Feet Lead is game-changing. It will open up offenses by allowing you to throw passes in much tighter windows and it only costs 3 AP on Field General QBs. Some players can even equip Set Feet Lead at a discount for less than that.
Ability 2: Fearless (2 AP)
Description: Passers with this ability are immune to throw penalties caused by defensive pressure while their feet are set in the pocket.
Huddle.GG's thoughts: We upgraded Fearless to Elite because Under Pressure is now available on multiple players for just 1 AP. Under Pressure is becoming more and more popular and Fearless is the counter. Not only that, it makes you immune to all pressure, not just the increased range from the Under Pressure ability. When you're facing Under Pressure or just a heavy blitz, Fearless removes all accuracy penalties caused by defenders near the QB. It's extremely valuable, and if you can get it on your QB at a discount, even better.

Player #2: 96 Team Diamonds QB John Elway
X-Factor: Blitz Radar
Description: Successful quarterbacks stay cool and stand confidently against the blitz. When they enter the zone, all blitzing linebackers and defensive backs are highlighted. Can be bluffed.
Huddle.GG's thoughts: Blitz Radar is basically Threat Detector, but on all four downs. However, if you've already gotten in the zone, you likely have figured out when your opponent is blitzing and when he isn't.
Ability 1: Long Range Deadeye (3 AP)
Description: Passers with this ability have perfect accuracy on all deep throws while their feet are set (except on high/low throws).
Huddle.GG's thoughts: If you have a good QB, a clean pocket, and an open WR, you're really not missing deep throws. You really only need accuracy help when you're under pressure. Since Long Range Deadeye doesn't help with that, it's not worth spending any AP on it.
Ability 2: Protected (2 AP)
Description: Passers with this ability receive better pass blocking from their offensive linemen.
Huddle.GG's thoughts: In our limited testing, Protected hasn't made a noticeable impact. It might have potential but we're staying away for now. If you can equip it for 1-2 AP, it might be worth it to you.
