Wow.EA really put a guaranteed Legend X in the big bundle

So anyone who spends the points on a big bundle gets Adrian Peterson as one of the fantasy choices for the 90 OVR legend in the bundle. 

Literally selling his card for $$ directly. 

I will admit I bought the bundle,  becauseI spend on the game a bit and also I wanted to pull Strahan.  But yeah my options were Randle, Shields,  or Peterson.

I bought the bundle myself. Couldn’t resist the guaranteed mil. Hopefully he tanks and I am able to rebuy for 500kish.

I’d rather they do this, then spend all that money and get the trash pulls those packs produce

tried him a few games, eh...... i'ono man...... I still think bo or henry are the best backs in the game.

So just out of curiosity, how much is that? Dollar wise??.. ive never bought a single point in this game, but I am a huge AD fan.. hahha

I pulled AP from my field pass 90 OVR Legend pack.  I was gonna sell him but now that I see he gets Human Joystick (which is still awesome on old gen)... I think I'll swap him in for Sweetness who has been great for me - especially on kick returns.

His stats are clearly better than Payton but he's a bigger build and I usually like my shifty HBs to be smaller to fit through holes.  We'll see how AP does on the field.

This is fine.  Helps saturate the market.   They can release guaranteed ltds all they want if it means more people can get them for cheaper than had they not.

As long as they keep the option to get it free in packs through luck as well.

I find it interesting that people talk about how the bundle is a good deal when it's $100 for AP, since it saves them money compared to the usual trash packs would inevitably yield. And yet here we are, more than likely wanting a better game and more effort from EA to improve at the same time. Just saying.

I dont spend money on this trash ass game but guaranteed is always better than trash RNG pack luck for those who are dropping thousands of dollars on this game

I do agree with that and it's basically my point. It's like "I'd rather do cocaine while I'm drunk since it's not smoking crack".

It will never change. Especially if EA puts guaranteed cards in bundles, it's over.

Yeah it's funny how EA is so greedy that they might even cost themselves money in some ways, because if there were guaranteed returns I could see a lot more people buying packs. Instead they market towards whales/gambling addicts repeating the cycle, which is generally not a majority of players (I used to play poker "professionally" so I have some related experience here with this) albeit it's not black or white, since some people are essentially dolphins or minnows (terms for occasional, more moderate gambling participants who aren't generally considered pathological). Funny example of how far some people go is when you're on a stream and observe someone in the chat saying "NMS is a mental illness" like wow, imagine whaling out so hard that you view people who DON'T spend money on packs as the ones who have a problem.
