WTF with the servers

Unbelievable.  Waited half the day for them to try to get presents right. 

Can't even change my freakin lineup without getting server errors tonight.  

We all trash EA butv they really are a joke

Yes issues abound and now presents open correctly and those who opened earlier got the wrong items

We didn't get the wrong items, they were just mislabeled

I still got 4 no aggs, 3 Brady's, 25 Lavish, and so on...they were just mislabeled in my unopened packs

But yeah this whole day has been another massive  screw up for EA. People bought presents with real money and they couldn't even get those right.

I earned all my packs and it said xl and then I get 85-86 I didn’t get 92+ that people tonight who opened got

Because the XL presents were in different ones. They were mislabeled. If you purchased the bundle and got icebreakerXL, Frosty XL ad snowy XL you would have gotten them but they just would have been called lovely or lavish , etc

If you are saying you bought XL bundle and didn't get any 92, 93, or 95 then you will need to send EA images of your presents and they can check your purchase history and then you'll get a customer service grant. But check your binder for those cards, and make sure they were actually XLs that you purchased because the only way to get those was by buying the bundle for 5,850 points - not training rolls. You could not earn those presents
