I played online vs someone and ran the ball atleast 15 times with Combine Bo Jackson which is supposed to turn on after 9 plays and never came on. Played till 3rd quarter and it said that I ran only 1 play with him why is that???

Your opponent probably had Aidan Hutchinson with the Momentum Shift ability, which will continue to cycle all game, cancelling out your X-factors for the entire game.
