I had to go to the store...then it showed up as I owned it...then I could download either the regular or X version.  Took about an hour to download...and now...I wait.

Idid what you said ole friend and ii was asking me to buy it agaiin ,but i logged into my microsoft account and it shows i bought it back in july.

Mine is and I have 2. Anyone else have 2 madden 24 applications? I only bought the standard edition

One is about 50 GB the the other is around 40. I didn’t think dual entitilement was included with the standard edition but maybe it is? I tried to delete one of them but I cant.

Yea I just checked dual entitlement is part of standard

I ordered on June 28th but had the same issue as you. What I eventually had to do was cancel my pre-order and then buy again. It now shows as purchased and has pre-installed on my system.

That's probably not what you want to hear, sorry.
