PlayStation customers whose points went to PS4 got their preorder points and points purchased on early access night six days ago.
Affected Xbox customers still have zero points on Xbox X , have been refused refunds and have received zero communication from EA.
We have essentially loaned them money for nine days with no end in sight. Pretty wild…
I’ll fall over from shock if they address this on GMM.
There better be make rights, This is BS right now. Im not one to shake the make right stick either but 4600 points is enough to give your team an edge and thats unfair that people youre going against already got it.

Agreed. I also bought 18,500 points to get the Platinum bundle and have leftovers to buy weekly coin packs. Don’t have any of that either. Salt in the wound that they put the platinum bundle back in the store for 24 hours.
Those were going to be my only $ spent this year. At this point who knows when I’ll actually get the points…I might quit before I ever see them but I sure as heck am not going to throw good money after bad.
Same on PC.

I (and a bunch of other players) have been emailing EA Help constantly and posting on the Madden help forum since the early access started last Monday And all of our content and purchases went onto the Xbox One version.
They acknowledged the issue and said we would get everything and then granted everything including points to Playstation 5 six days ago. Most affected Xbox users got their preorder cards (but not points) finally a couple days ago.
EA Help doesn’t actually do anything other than refer you to blog posts regarding the issue and tell you to wait. There has been no other communication on the issue from EA since they fixed the Playstation points.
At the same time you guys gotta remember you got the points already whether it was on old or current gen so I didn’t expect them to run and jump to give you more right away. It’ll take awhile(it’s ea) but I’m sure you’ll get them

They granted the points on PlayStation after two days and tweeted out at the time that everyone affected would have the content restored on current gen.
They gave us our non-point content already so it is clear they know who was affected and know that they screwed up. It’s a mystery why Xbox users don’t have points yet.
