This is my biggest gripe. Steve young and a few other drop tomorrow,they are all great cards but really no different than any of the other cards. Every card getting the same one 0ap bucket is making the game stale and boring. EA should at least switch it up a little bit cause it's sad when your more excited over a comp pass player and his 2 0ap slots than new UL's. Even if they just made the LTD's have x-factors or an extra 0ap slot that would be a nice change of pace. Since I already have Lamar there's no reason to get Young.

Yeah uls are almost irrelevant now young is just a Tebow clone which feels wrong to say.

Yeah I feel you on them get kinda repetitive at least I can sell one of my safeties for Atwater not that he is much better just fun to use different cards and when it’s a player I like makes it somewhat enjoyable. But I’m with you for sure on Lamar I’m gonna give Vick some run when he drops but Lamar is so good I can’t see moving on from him

Make the uls habe dual ap buckets and make them worth something at least I’d be happy with that

It sucks they did away with the UL cards with x-factors. I still use Willis and Vernon and I always thought that Vick would have to be the best running QB in the game with his Truzz already activated and he gets the same speed/accel as Lamar at 99. Also their x-factors reactivate faster than the TT remix players needing only 2 or 3 plays to do so. Those cards in my opinion are still some of the best especially with the remix boosts now. I'd be happy with just the LTDs having x-factors with the UL's,they'd be expensive but it would make people buy packs.

Being smart and spicing it up in a positive way are 2 things EA is never known for. but I totally agree it’s fucking June every UL gets 2 zero AP’s booom you just A) made every happy B) brought good talk about the game in C) more demand for the cards so more people will play and spend $ trying to get them.
but as we all know doing the easy and logical thing is too hard for EA Sports

They were on the path to double zero AP ability factors and AkA type x-factors when Patrick Willis and Vernon Davis came out. truly do not understand why they stopped. Every UL release is now a letdown.

I understand the AP change. but they obv made a change to UL abilities and I don’t see any rhyme or reason to it. it’s a reach but I guess it has made the last two comp pass players have more relevance than almost every UL in the same time period.
