That's kind of the problem -- EA doesn't perform hardly any actual testing. I am basing this off the fact that content gets leaked from the moment it's been Staged (meaning, pushed to test servers)... then it's typically only a matter of days, before we receive that same content live, in-game. Anyone (including, or especially QA testers) with any amount of actual technical skill or ability were chased out of that company LONG ago.
But i'm sure EA will figure out a way to leverage AI or various automated testing tools to figure it out, right? Riiight. This is beyond pathetic, but the only thing that matters is hitting their revenue targets, so they can opt-in to the final year of the exclusivity deal with the league. I am confident that negotiations are ongoing with the NFL, let's hope the owners have started to notice the bad press and consistently terrible and steadily declining review scores over the years. This is not the way.
We basically need a coordinated social media campaign with all the main streamers, content creators, etc. to push to make our voices heard before the owners vote to approve or extend yet another exclusive agreement with Electronic Arts Orlando / Tiburon. We're running out of time to give EA the Ubisoft treatment.
