it's just a teaser account for them to get people excited. they would have plugged the leaks by now if they didn't want them. 100% ea sanctioned.
I can assure you that it's 100% not run by EA. They do not want information out that early.
Everyone has their opinion
Agree. Its a way to get people excited to play ahead of a release, and immediately upon release.

they for sure could C&D if they wanted, but like you said. It gets people excited and probably helps with some sales, they would’ve already been on top of it if they didn’t want it there. 100 percent agree

100% agree and i 2nd it
i could see it not hurting EA if he was leaking the cards a day or 2 before but he is doing weeks out in advance no way EA wants that far ahead
If it stays this way all year you’ll see all sets of new programs require cards from that program always vs cards of a certain rating from any program. It’ll totally end anyone being able to sell their team and load up on 87’s to complete sets for something or whatever because we all know what’s coming.
I think it’s bad for the game but also don’t think EA cares much cause it’s been like this for years just never this bad and they’ve never once pivoted to a different player or program then what was leaked

To your point, the program card requirements have gotten so predictable for all but the most unique programs (i.e., Team Diamonds), such that all we are really looking forward to with program announcements are 1) OVR jumps and 2) player announcements. The current program sets will only involve non-program cards at the bottom ("Exchange 3x 76-77OVR players from any program for a 78OVR program card") or the top "Exchange 5 82-83OVR players from any program for a 85OVR Program Champion") of the progression, such that non-program cards in the middle are completely useless. Simple changes here would make both the programs and the card collecting in MUT more compelling.

I'm actually sharing out factual information. I recognize it's the internet, and I'm not going to change anyone's mind. Nor am I trying to. But as someone who has a direct pipeline to EA, it's not something they're doing or behind. And if you stopped for a minute and thought about it, EA isn't looking to have information released that far in advance. They want you to spend money today to get cards, and then spend again in a few weeks to upgrade. That's their whole model. The last thing they want is for you to not spend today because you're waiting for something in the future. But what would I know?

Not that @Legend needs my back up, but anyone who's paid attention to MUTLeaks over the years knows that much of what he shares isn't at all flattering to EA or the Madden dev team. Why would they "sponsor" that?
what amazes me is:
1. Mutleaks is the only one able to do it cause i know someone else would copycat for clout if possible.
2. EA doesn't fix whatever the exploit is and it seems to just be getting worse.
I don’t think so, it doesn’t seem likely that EA would want this info out. And EA can’t even fix basic glitches in a game they’ve been doing for like 30-40 years so I wouldn’t expect competence from them.
if it’s not EA directly then it has to be an employee that went rogue. unless their database is that poorly secured that a twitter account user can just hack it at will
