You can tell how good presents are by qs value usually.   But don't qs any presents, even the lowest ones have a chance to open to something higher on Xmas day. 

The best are probably the 4 Ltd presents that are looking to be 4 oop players as the colors and verbiage on each present match the players leaked up to this point.

Is it better to open the mystery present for 1k snow in the store or the straight lavish one for 3.3k. I know last year the idea was to do the mystery ones for a chance at XL presents but I've been seeing stuff saying that it's not a thing this year. If so, is there a point to even buy the mystery?

I don't know why you wouldn't be able to.   Ltd are in the lavish tier.

Aside from QS stocking stuffers, how have you been getting your snowflakes? I've kinda maxed out until ZC part 2 drops and I have like 22 presents but most of them I pulled were mystery presents. I think I did Lavish once, I have 4 lavish I think and the rest a mixed bag of lesser tier ones

I haven't seen one on Xbox for less than like 8,400 and even then that is very rare

Honestly I just buy them for whatever the lowest ones are selling for. So if I pay 150K for 10 of them or 1,100 snowflakes so be it. I know it's probably a terrible conversion rate but if I get a LTD present I will probably break even but I don't mind.
