1 AP ability for my defense

I have 1 ap open for my defense and not sure what to use it on. I was just going to put Stonewall on Kam but idk if that's a waste. Unfortunately Mel can't be changed and Jaire only has the first AP slot so idk what to do. Any ideas?

I think you should put 1ap Demoralizer on Suh because he is huge and hit sticking will work better with the ability.

according to this you have 2 ap open, I'd use pick artist on someone
