I'd go ronde barber, and ryan neal. then the best light it up players are probably warren sapp and kam chancellor, but kam is out of your price range. If you have enough left after those upgrades you can get madabeast to give you 2 x-factor dline.

Id go Whitworth, I always use my bnd cards in oline because those are the positions that I change the least and the. I don’t have to use coin on them.
