I currently don't know who to upgrade to what? Any suggestions please. I have a 29/50 Panthers theme team but don't remember the backups off the top of my head.

get matt paradis 94 at center, upgrade strong safety, i would recomend isiah simmons or reggie nelson, maybe upgrade rolb if you want with lawrence taylor or derrick thomas and you could power up a few players if you want
