You need better wrs, rb, safeties, olb, line. 

Any of the 91 WR will be better around 150-200k
rb- Dickerson, edge, or LT depending on what you want to do 
Ss- woodson, 90 reed, Kam, Harvest Elliot/Bates, 90 Dawkins, 
olb- 90 ware, suggs, von miller, etc
de- wake/jones, Strahan, White, etc
Dt- do the solos for Sig. Free decent 90 DT2
