I like ball hawk gives good coverage and catching boosts. really can’t go wrong with any that help the Db’s, just decide if u want man or zone

Really depends on your defense.... If you running m2m, run man to man legendary strat. In the zone for zone defense, ball hawk is you want a good little boost on both man and zone. If you want a stronger d-front, just like Amungusbeest mentioned, Bull rush is solid! Minds reader is also a low key sleeper strat card to look into as well!

I personally use sprinter and slot specialist, I play a defence with both man and zone, but primarily man. My offense is run heavy with about 30% passing so Sprinter helps my rb, qb, and wr with their accel, break tackle, agility, and cod.

The free sugar rush with +2 speed is nice, heatseaker has also forced quite a few fumbles for me since I've been using it I feel like.

Man 2 Man in man scheme, In the Zone in a zone scheme, hybrid scheme, Ball Hawk, Heavy blitz, Bull rush, Heatsealer if ur good with hitsticks, and Mind Reader if ur worried about awareness
