First we‘ll start off with LG and maybe RG if you have enough coins. then the last thing for offense is WR 3.

For Defense ROLB and MLB (if they start) and CB 3 and 4

Decent team I’d rate it a 7.5/10

It really all depends on your budget. 

I'd definitely suggest looking into Groot or Maniac (both get Bills chems) with 1 AP Unstoppable Force. 

After that, I'd look upgrading Saffold to his 98, and after that, I'd look into a new CB 1 and shifting your other guys down. Any of these options will be a nice upgrade for you 98+ Bills CB.
