It's super tough to do anything with your lineup for 200k with how inflated the market is right now. I'd try to save up for a 98 OVR AKA The New Class Pass Rusher and throw on 1 AP Unstoppable Force and Double or Nothing.

I wish I could do more, but until the market calms down, that's what I got for you.

Save your coin cant improve too much with 200k but once you get more improve the edge rushers, probably someone like maniac, and make sure you use your team captain

Agree with what others are saying hard to upgrade for 200k. After getting aka the new class pass rushers I would look to upgrade your tackles. I would look at madden for lt, wirfs for rt.
