DE Suggestion....Milk Man/Haley/TOTY BOSA/ Or someone else?

I am looking for a DE suggestion for my team. Is Milk Man good? Should I go for TOTY Bosa? Ive heard Haley is good. Or do you suggestion someone else? 

For what it is worth I have noticed a big difference when I put Double or Nothing with Edge Threat Elite on someone. So I was considering TOTY Bosa. But is the MIlk Man X-Factor better?

The Milk Man x factor has been great for me. If you can afford TOTY Bosa I would do that but if you are just looking for a budget option I would go Milk Man right now. Since he is around 600k less right now.

Lots of people like the 2 XFactors with Milkman/Tank/Mad Maxx. 

You just really need DON and D Rally so you can keep your points up.

Yes I have Nolan Smith with ETE and DON. He does quite well so I am looking to add another ELE and DON and also someone with D Rally so these boys can eat.

If you can wait a couple of weeks you can get maniac for free and he's the best pass rusher in the game and gets all 32 team chems
