Hey there! Sharing your budget will really help in suggesting players. As for positions, this is what I'd look into upgrading - 

1. OL: I'd start with your C and upgrade your 2 Tackles after that. Your Gs are ok for now.
2. HB: I'd try to get a new HB, either an AKA with Freight Train or Phenom or RoH Barry Sanders
3. CB2 & 3: Both are in need of an upgrade. You can keep Rodgers for his motivator boosts but shift him to CB4/5. 
4. Pass Rusher: I'd look into another AKA guy like Groot to replace Rickey Jackson or Cam Jordan.

Again, without knowing your budget, it's hard for me to suggest the best players that you can purchase, but I have this helps get you started!

In that case, I'd do the following

C: Karras 325k and throw 0 AP Identifier on him as well as 1 AP Secure Protector.
LT: Madden 700k gets free Secure Protector which is huge.
RT: Wirfs 325k gets 1 AP Secure Protector or 0 AP Edge Protector.
OL Total: 1.35m so you have 2m left.

HB: Barry Sanders 700k is probably my favorite HB I've used so far this year. He has free baked on Evasive and can get 0 AP Human Joystick, which is very nice.

With your remaining 1.3 I'd look into CB's and Pass Rusher
Mel Blount is a great budget option right now 330k who still plays great for me.
Groot is the cheapest AKA Pass Rusher at 600k.
OOP Cris Carter 250k is a nice budget CB who would play great in the slot.
