can somone help me i have 2,5 mil and want to start a theme team but dont if i should or witch one to go with here is my team thanks for the help:

Okay okay. Not too bad. If you really want to do a theme team go ahead (if you're fine with limitations). I think 2.5 mil is a little low to start one, but you could certainly pull it off. If you do a theme team, I'd recommend doing your favorite team, unless you want to use specific cards.

Well i'm a steelers fan and dont know if thier tt is good but i guess i wont do one do you anybody i could uprgade and who to upgrade with?

So you could do a Steelers theme team. They have good WRs, the new Bettis, and Freiermuth. Their Oline and secondary is iffy though, so keep that in mind.
As for upgrades wait until tomorrow (legends weekend usually drops the market a bit), but I'd look at a true big WR1. Besides that, I'd look at some pass rush. I personally love Cameron Wake's 94 card. You'll also get that Carl Banks 94 and that's another good card. I'd start there, and if you want to nitpick I'd upgrade MLB and ROLB, as well as getting a true CB1.
