How come I can only have 2 X Factor players on D?

I have 2 x factors  activated but when I try to add a 3rd 0 AP X factor it says all spots are filled….happening to anyone else?

I created a new lineup and that fixed the problem for me

The person you took the xfactor off prior needs to be removed from your lineup. It's a bug you can place him back in immediately and then just active the new XF
