Denzel Ward aka is around 490-500k, Daron Bland and Champ Bailey are good,  both 6ft so not incredibly short. Both well under 500k.

I would definitely suggest a new CB. 

• Champ Bailey 330k - Very good ability stack (Deep Out Zone KO and Pick Artist for 1 AP) probably the best option in your case.
