For sure Quad, I would get Jason Kelce (0AP Nasty Streak) at LG instead of Shields. Move Gronk to TE with SIE and put Byars at FB or get FB Fridge. Your team looks pretty good so I would probably hold some coins for a little bit.

Just for depth, Davis at sublb is great for me and my scheme but it's all personal preference. Quad at the moment is the most solid rb to use but with your squad being so good I'd wait on a rb that'll actually be worth it. Once toty and such comes out

Your team is pretty solid.  ANY upgrades would be minimal.  I added Thomas and sold Ram so i could get zero AP identifier.  That allows you to switch out Creed.  I think to get the max boost from Jensen you need to have actual guards playing guard.  Look at Nelson for LG or get Yanda and move Allen to LG.  On defense maybe get Nitske at MLB.  Secondary looks solid but you could get a better coverage guy at SS and move Hendricks to sub LB.
