You can grind challenges for Parham. All madden challenges for a DT and RB.

I would save for CH2 since it is tomorrow but checking your link, it looks like you may have upgraded already?

ZC gives back 92s so you could easily get a LT, RT, WR, and LB/LE upgrade in those spots based on who you like from stocking stuffers depending on how you snipe and if you like the sales price of the masters to eat most of the cost.

Team Captain FB is also an upgrade you could put in and he's really good for a free card, they just don't get ability discounts.
