I'd look into selling Herman Moore with Parris Campbell who gets Short Out Elite for 0 AP that will really help beat Man Coverage.

As for ability direction on who you have:

Offense
WR: Short In/Out Elite for 1 AP or Less
OL: Edge Protector or Secure Protector (SP) (1 AP) on your Tackles and SP and or Post up (1 AP)on your Guards.

Defense:
Try to get Deep Out Zone KO and Pick Artist stacked on your DBs so you can run zone with those KO abilities.

Doing the above will help you in gameplay. I'd also seriously consider checking out https://huddle.gg/ as they have many free resources to help you find what scheme you want to run.
