Stenerud was the UL in 20, and so was Ray Guy, so I don't think either.

Vinatieri can't be a UL, because he retired last year (MUT has to wait a full cycle after retirements for Legends / ULs, so they can't use him until next year). 

Maybe George Blanda at Kicker? He hasn't been in MUT since 15, and you can use him at QB if you want.

For Punter, idk. I'll go for Pat McAfee, just because i want to see him back in the game.

If neither, I can see Andersen and Hekker get power up upgrades, like they did for Janikowski and Lechler in 21. Both can get all team chems when powered up.
