Id say u can at least inch ur way up and go with some of the 87 most feared guys to replace ur 86 headliners

replace zach cunningham with 90 over most feard cj moseley(he was great for me ) 

replace ur tyler shatley with 89 jay hilgenberg 

keep lane johnson

Jensen > Hillenburg or 3x for Rag. 
Shields is still solid to have (not worth giving up 300k+)
Johnson same as shields if you dont have compton
You could still get Hooker free
Garden Johnson FS/Holland
Patterson SS
LE youll get that free one but who knows when.. 89 strahan

I would definitely grab a good middle linebacker, and prolly replace fields with a fitzmagic, bledsoe, vick, etc. till you get the josh allen
