Not sure on your budget, but you could get TOTY Minkah who gets Film Study for 2 (Same as Reed), but then gets Pick Artist for 0, Secure Tackler for 1 and they can all stack.
Other than that it looks pretty good!

You have a pretty solid team I say get Sandcastle at FS he’s a beast or Toty Minkah he’s solid. Maybe switch Cromwell for Darwin james
