Maybe he plays well for you, but I think there's better receivers than Pickens out there. 

Most likely there will be a Joey Porter Jr. upgrade next week if that's something that interests you

If you switch robert spilane to Jordyn brooks that would give you better defense against  the run and the pass because of how much faster brooks is.
