What is everyone running on their qb.
Its all about preference and play style. I don't like using things like Pass Lead Elite or Set Feet Lead but those abilities are two of the best in the game as they make passes faster allowing for more tight throws into smaller gaps. Hot Route Master is almost a must now and gunslinger is dependent on the QB, if you feel they are taking a long time for the actual throwing motion then GS is probably needed. Finally the scrambling abilities, Roaming dead eye and dashing dead eye. This is what I use cause I run out the pocket like its on fire every play. Overall, HRM and GS are both important, PLE and SFL are amazing and DD and RD are for if you scramble. Other than those you don't need much else unless you put something like gift wrapped or protected on, which are fine but not too necessary anymore.

At this point in the year, gift wrapped is very extra. Your QB shouldnt be missing open throws with 95+ in all accuracies.
Another ability that I am not hopping on is roaming deadeye. There was a little cheat discovered in Madden 20 that granted perfect accuracy on the run if you let go of the trigger. Honestly, for 2 ap it isnt worth anything when QBs generally dont miss on the run. If you throw on the run (I do almost every play because my offense is based off of heavy set PA rollout passes) then you are better off with Run n Gun it is much better than people give it credit for.
With the rising popularity of ETE and discounted under pressure, fearless is likely going to become mainstream again like it was last year. It is already starting to see cheap discounts on players like Allen, Rodgers and the Mannings.
Goes without saying but every player that passes should use hot route master. Best routes in the game are unlocked with this ability.
An absolute must have on the QB that I have been gatekeeping since Madden 23 is recuperation. Oh my goodness this is the best possible use of 1 ap. QBs have the least amount of stamina in comparison to other offensive positions, which makes no sense. Recuperation will decrease their fumble chance when tackled and increase their accuracy and throw power because they have higher stamina.
The other ability that every QB needs is gunslinger. Why settle for a bad release when you could have a good release? Why settle for a good release when you could have a great release?
Lastly Im gonna address PLE and SFL. I have never used SFL because I pass on the run so frequently. Theres no good PLE discounts rn so I am just gonna wait for one to release. Until then I have managed pretty well without a velocity ability.
