Yeah what Luna said. Everything needs updated and depends on your budget

assuming all the players are fully powered up, here are my suggestion.
On Oline, look into player whl get secure protecter for free.

I would look into a new slot receiver in maybe Julio jones combine, and maybe a ttr or aka freight train running back.

maybe also look into a qb who gets the god stack for 3 or less

on defense, DEFINATLY look into some new corners. Moss and Deion are great options, with PA+ACRO for free, and then maybe look into anquan boldin for free OSA. 
on the line, look into some ttr/aka unstoppable force rushers. 
Your safety’s are ok, but maybe look into Kevin Byard and Isaiah pola-mao, who are both beasts. Of course, this all depends on ur coin stack, and look into solos to grind for free players. Hope this helps

Got it, Most of my suggestions are going to be in the 98-99 ovr range, since that's where I believe you'll find the most noticeable upgrades.

For DE, I would look at the following

• Reggie White he's around 370k and can equip free no outsiders and your choice of free defensive rally, double or nothing, edge threat elite or unpredictable 
• ROH LT is a good option if you're willing to play him oop with free double or nothing and your choice of edge threat elite, no outsiders, deflator and strip specialist for free. He's around 400k.
• GT Runyan is another option close to your price range but he might be outside of it depending on the market as he's between 400-500k. He has free edge threat elite and free outsiders
• If you're looking to generate a pass rush without blitzing consider the aka cards like Maniac, Furious George, Groot with their special x-factors they're great st rushing the passer all are around 200k-250k if you go for the Furious george redux.
• The Theme Team Remix Players are also good options since they get the same special x-factor the aka do. They cost around 20k but you'll probably have to spend around 300k on the quicksell players to upgrade them

For QB, If you're willing to holdout and grind the season 5 derrick henry qb looks amazing and is free. If not consider Rodgers but he's around 450k but you can always quicksell him for 350k since he's an LTD. GT Zach Wilson or Stafford as they are under 400k.

For HB, I'd look into Flash for about 350k, Gus for around 270k, or Eric Dickerson for who is 20k but since he's a theme team remix you'll need to spend around 300k to upgrade him
