At least if you play h2h, every starting oline should have secure protector. FB Trent Williams is a very good with 1 ap vanguard. I think he should be on most teams even if he's only a blocking TE

On defense, I would replace Barber. I just don't think he's starting CB material. The Woolen from the field pass is a decent option and I would recommend him as your next pick if you want to save coins

At this point, you should have a decent number of Fan Appreciation tokens and maybe a loyalty token. I'd say to use those tokens to upgrade your free Joe Thomas to a 99 and bolster your O-Line. 

Also get 99 Robert Hunt from the Weekly Wildcard Fantasy Pack to further help your line. Make sure they both get Secure Protector as well. 

From your field pass, definitely make sure to get Garrett Wilson and Tariq Woolen and upgrade them both to 99 overall. Put Wilson at WR2 and Woolen at CB1. 

I don't know if you know this, but the free Lavonte David card from the Crucible program is a gold 99 at LOLB(provided he is maxed out) and gets chems when he is there. 

Use your Ultimate Legends tokens from the Solo Challenges to get 99 Jon Runyan or 99 Darrelle Revis. 

These are some tips to help improve your lineup for free. Also make sure that you have good abilities on everybody(Secure Protector on O-Line, Master Tactician for QB, etc.).
