I'd invest in better players on the oline. At least a better LT, LG, and RG. It doesn't have to be the best players at those positions but at least around 84 or so. WR is also an option preferably someone with some speed. Tyquan thornton is pretty cheap with 87 speed but you could also go with one of the 87-88 ovr wrs.
On defense, perhaps another safety to be your user.
LT and DT for sure, RG3 is a fine qb for the time being. DT doesn't have to be great but I think weight makes a big difference so go for a DJ Reeder is a good budget option. Also make sure to do the team captain objectives to get berry to 87. It really depends on schemes and such too. You've got some good budget options with speed, if you want a good field stretcher option hester is still good and price goes down every time a receiver is released
