I have a few other suggestions for your team but since you asked about WR1, I'd move Herm theree and go with powered up Irvin as WR 2

This is my offense about a week ago, now I have Flacco and 99 Brady that I go back and forth on, Bettis/King Henry/Quadfather, Alstott are a couple more updates from the image below.
