Have any of you seen multiple players not receive an increase in their overall rating when put into a 53/50 TT? I’m wondering if it’s just a bug or these players overalls will not increase?

Just really depends on who it is. Some players are strongly affected by the attributes a TT adds, while some others aren’t affected as well. For everyone to be boosted, it’s necessary to have strategy items to boost as well
