Carm 1, Megatron 2, Kupp 3. 
If your FB is only there to block Ricard is great, if you use him more youd want Okoye
Could upgrade to Pitts
OLBs needs new edges. Id put Hendricks MLB 1/2.  Lots of good options like Gregory there (just depends on how much you want to spend on two ends. Gregory and J. Allen would be great choices on each side for cheap). 
SS could get Minkah and/or Hamilton if you want a new one or replace Troy
Not a fan of Cap Allen, but if he works he works. 
Lots of ends for Edge Threat usable now. Donald, Too Tall, Long, etc are all good upgrades.

You have 4 harvest players. If you buy 1 more you can complete a master set and get the players back. You have 6 most feared players. You can use them to complete 2 master sets and get the players back. For most  feared you should choose peppers or ramsey, and pitts. For harvest you should get chinn
