You didnt say how much & online or offline only. 

Offline you can use whoever you want. Online is going to matter for abilities.

I can tell you best in slot, budget beasts if you dont have coin or if you can spend more that opens up more possibilities.

definitely prioritize a good wr 2. also the gold holes in your lineup, for right end i would recommend saving for 90 hutchinson and for d tackle theres many good and affordable options in that 87-90 range
