Rating: 9/10 - About the best you can get!
I'd look into a new QB. Herbert gets GS, Fearless, HRM, and SFL/PLE for 3 AP (with the GC Token) and Slinger 3 which makes him one of the better QBs in the game. His 1 AP HRM would allow you to take Outside Apprentice off of Moss.
Other than that, it looks good!

Jalen is bnd because I stupidly picked a QB from john madden pack. I was running eagles theme team and I'm a big fan of hurts but with all the new qbs I regret it
