Personally, I think you should be running short in vs route tech. For me Short in beats coverage more consistently then route tech. Also it is way easier to found a discounted short in the route tech. Also paired up with Short out elite it is one of the best WR stacks in the game. What do you guys think about it?

Short In Elite gives a catching boost on top of the route running. Definitely better if you know how to maximize it in your scheme IMO.
