With the right chemistries you can get the 99 defense just need the right boosts. I mean you could get a really good 0 ap back for the guy to come in, but I don't know if you need another flash or bus. It would be incredibly annoying to play against thinking you just finished the downs for bus then flash subs in.

It's tough to get Leon to a 99 even with chems. A new FS would probably be the best pickup if you're OVR chasing.

That’s what I was thinking two X factors would be broken sub in and out
