Surtain or DIggs?

I have Pat Surtain 99 OVR with In the Zone and The Island Blue Strat Cards. He's a great player, but would getting Stefon Diggs be better? I have a 50/50 Vikes TT. Diggs seems to be shorter and a worse jumper, as well as slightly lower play rec. Anybody have suggestions? Would the TT boosts outweigh Diggs' shortcomings on Surtain? Playing on Next Gen as of this week so MCV and Speed don't seem to matter.

I would go with Diggs, I just compared all of their stats and Diggs is better on almost every stat. Add him to a TT and he's basically a 100 OVR with the strat cards you have.
