I'd look into upgrading your DB's or Running Back
HB: Jerome Bettis (550k) with 0 AP Short In Elite and 1 AP Tank has been a beast for me.
CB: Mel Blount is the best CB in the game, you could maybe sell Woodson and try him out. He's a beast!

I probably will try mel blount out woodson is on and off for me. I would want to get a new running back but im on old gen and am just so used to human joystick
