Who else can I get to boost the theme team ravens boosts like the free 97s do?

99 ovr Lester, Demaryius Thomas, Denard Robinson, and Dexter Jackson.

Then for the 92s that upgrades to 99s Odafe Oweh, Roquan Smith, and Jacoby Jones

Good to know, will the other ltds get chems or no?

None of the week 2 or week 3 LTDs currently do and I wouldn't count on EA adding it to any of them later either.

This is correct. The Week 2 and Week 3 LTD's just get all 32 team chems but not the Motivator chems.
