You could go 1 O 1 D
Offense: You could go Hill and sell the AKA one you have
Defense: Either CB or DE (Pass rusher). I'd suggest Ramsey or Bosa.

Honestly as far as abilities go, the TOTY Sauce isn’t the best. PS2 probably has the best hybrid ability selection out of all of the TOTY CB's - https://www.mut.gg/players/21764-patrick-surtain-ii/23-35021764/#abilities
I personally went with Ramsey though.
