So I have played 70/70 SB, 50/50 Chiefs, and 50/50 combine. Fun but now I'm building a 99s Theme Team and can't get there as an OVR. Just 99 Offense and 98 Defense. All of my players are 99 a few with chems but majority base 99. Only my K and 2nd MLB are 98. What gives? Why doesn't 99 OVR just pop?
How in the world is my team still a 98 overall? All position except for K and 2nd MLB are 99 with chems and they are 98. What gives?
