For QB, I recommend Flacco. 4 AP for Fearless, HRM, and PLE.
If you want a RB, try to get Quadfather and build him
*copied from another post cuz I don't feel like typing it again* o-line
LT: for temporary/quick fix, get either 94 Mailata or 94 Brown Jr. (around 100k each) For a bit more long-term, get 96 Thomas (220k)
LG: Saffold is fine for now, if you want someone now get Faneca or Muti.
C: Wait for S4. If there are no good centers, get Creed or Mangold.
RG: Get Onwenu.
RT: Get Ramczyk.
For WR, get Carmichael if you want to spend big. If not, either Reed or Irvin, or if you don't want to spend 250k get Herman Moore.
personally I wouldn't use banks as a rusher since his FMV is abysmal. if you want a rushing ROLB get 95 Ware.
For a new CB, get Blount (610k), PS2 (~610k to build), or Tillman (485k).
