What to do with the 99 S6 Set Tokens

So I already have Donald, and I'm torn between picking him or Kelce. If I pick donald, I could sell mine and get ~1m coins. Or I could just add Kelce and get rid of Mawae (finally).

I don't think I'll have the AP to run vanguard on Kelce tho, so I'm not sure what to do. Appreciate any advice!

personally i would go kelce, get rid of mawae and throw the captain tokens on reed so u get an upgrade at TE too
